SG-1 cast remembers Davis

Happy memories of late actor Don S. Davis were shared at Creation Entertainment's Chicago Stargate convention.
A brief excerpt:
Cast and crew of both Stargate series, along with millions of fans worldwide, were shocked to learn of the passing of veteran actor Don S. Davis earlier this summer. The man who brought to life the character of General George Hammond clearly had an effect on the people who met him -- from cast members who worked alongside him for years to people whose lives he touched just in passing.
Creation Entertainment's Official Stargate convention, held August 22-24 at Chicago's Wyndham O'Hare hotel, was dedicated to the actor's memory. Davis had originally been scheduled to be a guest there prior to his untimely passing. Attendees of the con who had met Davis were offered a chance to take the stage themselves briefly Friday afternoon to share their memories of the late actor.
