Episode Guide

Which includes notes in the Production Guide, and this particular gem:

On the return of Carson Beckett: "We wanted to do it in a way that would feel organic with what we were doing for the rest of the season. ... All I'm going to say is we planned how we were going to bring him back at the end of Season Three, and no one caught it. And that's how we would like it to stay. And that story doesn't come to a boil until the end of Season Four, and that's when we're going to bring him back."

Torchwood: Naoko Mori Interview

Mark Wilson at About.com's SciFi/Fantasy section has a lengthy interview with Torchwood's Naoko Mori:

http://scifi.about.com/od/torchwood/a/TORC_naoko.htm

Interview: Naoko Mori

The Torchwood star sees Toshiko opening up

Toshiko Sato is one of the more reserved characters on Torchwood, but she's starting to open up -- and the actor who plays her, Naoko Mori, isn't shy about the journey her character is on, and the fun she gets to have playing her along the way, on and off camera.

A brief except:

Mark: I've gotten a chance to see up through "Adam" [episode 5 of season 2], and the thing that strikes me so far is that Toshiko is having quite the checkered love life this season.

Naoko: [laughs] Yes, absolutely. I mean, you know she was the geek of the team and the shy, private person, but someone actually pointed out that out of all the characters she's actually getting it the most.
